What does my rental include?

Each rental includes delivery, set up and take down of the lawn yard sign and includes a personalized bundle for you to keep. We will leave the bundle/sibling stars at the front door when we come to pick up the stork. We won't ring the doorbell, we do not want to wake the baby.

Does someone need to be home when the stork sign rental is delivered?

No, there does not need to be anyone at the delivery address for the lawn signs to be delivered or at time of pickup. If you have special instructions on where to place the yard sign, please let us know.

How do I pay for my stork lawn sign?

We accept all major credit cards. You may place your sign order by calling us at 260-602-7385 or emailing us at Jenny@jennysstorks.com.  All rentals are required to be paid for in full prior to delivery.

Where does Jenny's Storks deliver to?

We provide free delivery to the following cities: Ft. Wayne, New Haven, Churubusco, Grabill, Hoagland, Laotto, Leo-Cedarville, Arcola, Roanoke, Zanesville, Yoder, Ossian, Huntertown, Columbia City, Huntington, South Whitley, Larwill, Pierceton, Claypool, Winona Lake, Warsaw, Wabash, Silver Lake, Akron, North Manchester, Urbana, Roann. If your city is not listed please call us at 260-602-7385 or email us at Jenny@jennysstorks.com for delivery fee.

Can I mow around or attach balloons to the yard sign?

We ask that you do not attempt to move your stork. If it is necessary to change the location of your stork, please call us at 260-602-7385 and we will come move it for you (small fee may apply). Please use extreme caution when mowing and weed eating near the sign because damage can occur if any contact is made with the sign. Please do not attach anything to the sign, including balloons. Balloons often pop in the hot sun. The latex then bakes onto the sign causing permanent damage. Thank you for taking care of our signs during your rental so that others can enjoy them too!

What information do I need when I call?

You may call and place an order for a stork even before the baby is born. We can take down the baby's due date then just call once the baby is born and give us the statistics.

You can also order once the baby is born by calling 260-602-7385, emailing us at Jenny@jennysstorks.com. We will need the baby’s first and middle names, weight, length and date of birth. We also need you to provide us with the delivery address and phone number. Please provide us on whether there is a gate code, security guard, or if there is a sprinkler system in the yard.

How soon do I need to order?

When the baby arrives just give us a call at 260-602-7385 or email us at Jenny@jennysstorks.com. We strive to deliver within 48 hours notice, if needed we can deliver in 24 hours. Our goal is to have it on the lawn before mother and baby arrive home. The sooner you contact us after the baby is born the better, so we can reserve a stork just for you. If the stork is for a baby shower or gender reveal please contact us in advance so that we can make sure to have a stork lawn sign reserved for your party.

How does the baby shower/gender reveal rental work?

We offer a one - three day stork rental for $50 for baby showers and gender reveals. This includes a keepsake bundle for you to keep. 

What do you offer for the Grandparents?

A stork sign rental for grandparents is $50/7 days. If a Grandparent stork is rented at the same time of the parents stork it is $45/7 days. Bundle reads, "It's a Grandson" or "It's a Granddaughter." Bundle is not a keepsake, if you would like a customized bundle it is $15 additional.

If the stork is a gift, how will the family know who it came from?

When a stork is rented as a gift, a card will be left for the new parents that announces who sent it.

What happens if the sign gets damaged?

If you notice any damage on the sign please notify us immediately at 260-602-7385. Our signs are durable and weather-resistant. However, the signs are not designed for climbing, so please do not allow anyone to play on or near the sign.

What is your refund policy?

You will receive a refund if the following occurs:
1. You cancel your stork lawn sign rental at least 24 hours in advance
2. Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign
You will not receive a refund if the following occurs:
1. We are unable to gain entrance into a gated community
2. The security guard refuses us to gain entrance
3. The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period
4. A dog or other animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property
